HOPE AND SERVICE TO MANKIND FOUNDATION (Hope For Rural Dwellers) is a Voluntary, Non-profit, Charitable, Social, Non-political, Non-governmental, Inter-faith and Welfare Organisation Registered in Ghana Under section 27 and 28 of 1963 Companies Code (Act 179) with registration number G-35, 853. We bring groups of people from different countries together so they can explore their social and cultural differences and similarities while volunteering to support our efforts in improving rural livelihoods and by so doing, they are confirming their involvement in community development, experiencing another culture and as part of the change-makers in Ghana!!! We bring together literate and non-literate towns, villages, and people, who share a common respect for each other and for manual work to promote and encourage the development of the spirit of voluntarism among the youth and people of all communities. By organising work-camps towards physical projects, literacy work, and establishing demonstrational camps and farms, leadership training, camping activities and international cultural exchange programmes. We support and help the destitute, the poor, the needy, and vulnerable children without family support by training and giving skills to equip the youth to be involved in activities leading to the alleviation of poverty in their communities e.g. tie dye batik, bee keeping, snail rearing, establishment of small businesses, general farming, ICT, and provision of information on marketable skill for sustainable life development.

We develop and implement projects that address youth unemployment by providing vocational training, mentorship, and access to employment opportunities. We create initiatives to alleviate poverty and marginalization among young people through skill development and socio-economic empowerment programs. We advocate for the inclusion of disabled young people in various sectors by promoting accessibility and raising awareness about their rights. Promoting Youth Participation and Initiatives: ●Encourage young people's active engagement in decision-making processes and community development projects. ●Support and nurture the spirit of creativity and entrepreneurship among youth by providing incubation and start-up support for innovative ventures. Healthy Behaviors and Environmental Sustainability: ●Organize sports and outdoor activities to promote healthy lifestyles and physical well-being among young people. ●Launch environmental awareness campaigns to address global environmental challenges and climate change. ●Foster the development of 'green' skills among young individuals to encourage a commitment to sustainable growth. International Cultural Exposure and Information Sharing: ●Facilitate youth exchange projects to provide opportunities for cross-cultural learning and understanding. We provide a complete range of cross-cultural programmes and support services to youth, tourists/volunteers, students, educators, institutions, and gap year organizations, as well as internship programmes. We have opportunities for potential skills volunteers such as, trained teachers, trained nurses, social workers, nutritionist, arts and craft, vocational trainers etc. We accept administrators with experience in the following: Strategic planning, Time management, Accountancy, Human resource, Project marketers, and Communication (writing proposals for grant, writing comprehensive report on studies, publishing results to contributors.
